    The popularity of hot sauce has been on the rise for the past 40 years. Recently, it beat ketchup as the most preferred condiment in America. Pretty neat, eh?

    So what's your favorite hot sauce?

    That's tough. I usually just get whatever peaks my interest..

    But I must say, I put a bunch of this on a pizza, and I didn't have a problem eating it...

    Not sure if it's a brand, or one made for buffalo wings, it's normally quite layered with the oil on top.

    I fucking love this stuff. It's so good but it goes so quick. Or maybe I just gotta stop putting it on everything I fucking eat... Nah, moderation is for pussy's. Too bad it doesn't come in bigger bottles though.

    I've bought a bottle of this at my state fair years ago, they had chips that were flavored with it too. It's so damn hot it will melt your tongue and teeth out.

    Gotta say Tabasco, can't beat the classic.

    Not a sauce, but mustard, but also high up in the hotness department: Löwensenf extra. For the times when you want a head rush with your sausage.

    Sriracha and louisiana hot sauce. Sriracha tastes bomb when you dip a chunk of fried chicken in it and get a sizable pinch of brown rice to go with the chunk of chicken.

    Sriracha Chicken Wings Recipe
    These chicken wings are baked in the oven. For a crispier version, you can also deep fry the chicken wings. Best of all, this recipe doesn’t have any butter and it’s *healthier* and still delicious!

    • about 2 pounds chicken wings, lightly coated with oil, tips removed
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 2 cloves finely minced garlic
    • about 1 small onion, minced (1/2 cup)
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup Sriracha hot sauce or any chili hot sauce (or more for a spicier sauce)
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon fish sauce or soy sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
    2. On baking sheet, spread chicken wings out on sheet and lightly coat wings with vegetable oil. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, then flip chicken wings over and bake for about another 20 minutes, or until fully cooked and crispy brown.
    3. In sauce pan, heat the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add onion and garlic. On medium heat, continue stirring the onions and garlic until they are golden brown, but not burnt. Allowing the onions and garlic to reach a golden brown stage will bring out the extra fragrance and flavor. Then add ketchup, sriracha hot sauce, vinegar, fish/soy sauce and ground cumin.
    4. Stir well and let simmer for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. After chicken wings have finished baking, toss wings in sauce. Serve warm, although these still taste great when they’re cold!
    5. And oh, don’t forget the beer rum.
    Serves about 2-3 people.
