Dogs breeds =/= race and people don't have breeds, historically people are too horny and society too permeable for the isolation and selective mating to actually create a breed or "race" of human.

We've never created an artificial breed, by which they mean a socially created and maintained genetic line. As migratory animals with highly permeable cultures we find that the differences we notice are only noticeablebecause we have been evolutionary designed to notice them.
