Today was the final day of school before Spring Break at my high school, and as the buses were about to leave the bus circle, I realized that anti-abortion protesters were standing ON school property (adults) to protest abortion.
One man was holding up a sign with a dead fetus image, and others were handing out fliers and holding up signs.
Although I do recognize freedom of speech and organization, I don't believe it's legal to stand on school property or near it (as in, across the street) and spread these idiotic messages.
What is ED's feelings on this subject?

I'm pro-abortion, aka population control. However, I'll compromise with there just being choice.

If it is a college campus, this is completely legal. These sort of groups have sued colleges when they refused to let them protest, so colleges put up with this shit these days.

Then I don't know the legality of it, but if they can and are protesting, it probably is. You should call them faggots for wasting their time in front of a High School.

I was tempted to go up to them and debate them using my newly learned Malthusian ideas. I couldn't get off the bus in time though, plus if I missed it, I'd be grounded.

I loathe any teenager who tries to join the OWS movement. Most of them don't understand politics, or economic philosophy beyond the average ninth grader's level.

Next time you see these abortion people, tell them that Judaism and Islam say that a fetus doesn't get a soul until 120 days into the pregnancy.

I use to be a local leader in an OWS movement until I realize that socialists and anarchists are fucking it up. OWS was suppose to be about fighting Citizens United, and these faggots made it about stopping free trade, abolishing private property, and taking our guns away.

Did you honestly think that the (ironically/hypocritically) anti-corporatists would also be anti-freedom? (Also, aren't you a self-declared corporatist?) These people see government as a god and a family. They can't comprehend a good government that isn't totalitarian.

I only believe in specific examples of corporatism. Developing domestic manufacturing industrial companies such as steel only have a very small comparative advantage in the United States, that small advantage is better than having no domestic steel industry. The neo-liberal argument of a globalized economy and comparative advantages is illogical for economics determines the future of a nation. A nation that does not have a domestic manufacturing industry infrastructure it will ultimately fail due to interdependence.
