Still not as bad as burnt microwave popcorn
@Radha the Buttwhisperer stop using Tims sock.
funniest shit ever.
If Pissy Sanchez cleaned up the pee, would the 7-11 clerk still allowed use of the microwave?
Microwaving piss is drug drop 101. You can't hand them a cup at room temperature.
Friend of mine somehow rigs up an old Elmer's glue bottle that he keeps close to his skin filled with piss. He claims it works every time but idk.
dumb cunt, everyone knows you keep the sample in a bottle and keep the bottle inside you to ensure it's the right temperature
I swear he's a real person n not imaginary.
though we haven't talked much since my doc upped the lithium.
Isn't lithium more for stress management/anxiety? If your anxiety is so severe which it's caused a psychotic break, shouldn't your doctor be looking more at anti-psychotics?
Spoiler: really long medical sperge about drugs and disorders
Lithium is a stabilizer, helps keep you level with ur different neurotransmitters, its used primarily to treat bipolar disorder but can be used in conjunction with anti-psychotics to maintain healthy levels in your head after ur acute phase in ur mental illness has passed. It can be used to treat schizophrenia and GAD with acute mania too (both of which are thought to be related to imbalanced in brains chemicals and in the case of schizophrenia too many dendrites in ur frontal lobe, i think) but isnt a first line drug in a psychotic fugue situation.
For anxiety so severe its causing hallucination, if you don't have an underlying psychiatric disorder (lol just a worrier whose going thru a rough time irl) the best course of treatment is a mild sedative to calm (lil ativan bby), maybe a zyprexa or haldol to knock em down if they're dangerous and alot of therapy/thought examination, once the patient has cleared the psychotic phase and can think clearly. Lithium might be indicated if other drugs do not solve the issues (such as an SSRI/MAIO) but usually not seen in GAD. Anti-psychotics can be used, but are not preferred for anxiety due to the issues with side effects and long term usage. Dem extrapyramidals bby! For anxiety though, the best course of treatment is a combo of drugs to clear the phase (lol they even give a beta blocker, Atenolol, to help with the racing heart, etc) and then once the stimuli is removed, teaching the patient to manage their systems and address their triggers, so if it comes back, they won't be thrown into a panic state.
It was a bad joke admittedly and lithium scares the shit out of me so i have majors feels for anyone that has to take for reals.
nitropeecerin amirite fellas
