    I have a website on Blogger and that's very limited. I had some Wordpress that's better but still I'm not sure it does what I want it to do exactly.

    The website I want to make would mostly be comprised of information. And this information would have to be organized, hyperinked, structured.

    Maybe a Wiki? although I don't really want everyone to edit it.

    some kind of different CMS? anything that doesn't require a lot of knowledge of programming languages?

    Concrete5, Drupal, Joomla, anyone can shed some light?

    Do they have some kind of Wiki plugin/addon?
