Anyone that uses Apple products deserve to have moniters and doxes, it is for their safety.
What is the FBI doing with 12 million UDIDs? Seriously...
keeping tabs on 12 million hipster faggots apparently.
who needs quality investigators when you have the patriot act? shit's ridiculous.
Your tax dollars at work!
Jeez...it's kind of scary how our own government loves to spy on its own citizens.
And of course, a bunch of the sheeple will loudly scream: "Well if you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't care." "It's for our SAFETY from the TERRORISTS" yet more will exclaim. "Think of the CHILDREN!!111 Now we can find PEDOS MOAR EASY!!!111"
I love my country, but I hate my countrymen and my government.
Go here to see if you are on the list:
Now you fuckers know what it's like.
Read the whole thing. Quite amazing.
HAHAHAHA APPLE FAGS GET WHAT THEY DESERVE FOR BEING A FANBOY OF THAT ROBBER BARON NIGGER!
Yes, we wouldn't want them wondering off and getting themselves hurt.
Jobs has helped revolutionise the digital world. What have you done?
Jobs is a marketer and an admitted thief, nothing more.
Please. He basically launched smartphones into the mainstream. Before the iPhone came out all people had was the BlackBerry. Which was shit by comparison. And yeah, a smart man "steals" ideas. (Let's leave out the philosophical conundrum of that, for now.) Who cares? The ends justify the means and the end is a better quality of life for all. Not to mention faster technological advancement.
If millions of dollars can't stop hackers from getting this information the FBI needs to stop spending so much money on hookers and blow.
Goddamnit you beat me to replying with something about hipsters
Everyone in the industry is a thief
Good thing I don't have an Iphone, I don't want to be with 12 million faggots. I'll buy a Windows phone and use it at the next Mac convention.
1) it isn't like someone else wasn't going to invent a smartphone. Him inventing something first doesn't make you a hero.
2) The ends don't justify the means because he is a robber baron whose only loyalty is to profits and employer salaries/benefits, not employees such as the slave labor at Foxconn.
3) Also how is life improved from a manufactured computer, which few people around the world can even afford? Twitter and google is one thing, but a 300 dollar smartphone is another.
@Baya Rae 4900 :hermypls:
When did I write that he was a hero, retard? He's a supplier. Nothing more. I just said that your condemning of him is hypocritical seeing as how you haven't done dick all for society. The nerve of you.
The ends justify the means because we have had rapid technological progression. Him and others like him have helped usher in a digital revolution comparable to the industrial revolution of two hundred years ago. Oh and the only robber barons I've seen are those who're subsidised by the government in some way. No doubt many of those creatures are those you hold up an example. If his company has had to use cheap labour in China then it's because the idiots in his home country have made production far too expensive for him to produce, sell and otherwise compete. (I actually prefer that America become protectionist. I'd like to see it bleed and become a backward shithole.)
Bro, you're a self-described fascist. The fuck would you know about helping society? Every wanted good or service (as opposed to a needed good or service) helps technological progression which helps the efficiencies of production and distribution and advertisement as well opening the door to other technologies and doing many other things I can't think of right now.
OK, EVERYBODY PUT YOUR MOTHER FUCKING HANDS WHERE WE CAN SEE THEM, BY POSTING IN THIS THREAD YOUR ARE GUILTY OF SHIT YOU WOULD NEED A SECURITY CLEARANCE TO GET IT EXPLANED TO YOU. DON'T FRET GITMO IS LOVELY THIS TIME OF YEAR.
Don't bother letting us in, we got a key.
@oddguy bookem' and move this thread.
Explain to me how fascism in the definition laid out by intellectuals such as Enrico Corradini, Sergio Panunzio, Giovanni Gentile, and Ugo Spirito isn't about helping society?
Because it raises the cost of living for everyone and impedes technological progress. As far as philosophy is concerned, I only care about applied philosophy. As in "applied in the real world." Pure philosophy is flawed in that it is applied in a fantasy world where the rules might not conform to the rules of reality.
So explain to be about your "pure philosophy" of free markets is the same as how it manifests in the real world.
People paying a rents worth a month for a phone so they can check Facebook and play Angry Birds doesn't sound like a better quality life to me. Also fuck your narrow mindedness for thinking the only other smartphone was a blackberry.
I... don't have a pure philosophy. All I did was observe how markets function. How societies function. How governments function. I'm not a philosophical person, Rice. I never was. I was always more interested in finding out how the world works, not trying to explain why it works.
In my early teenage years I was an ideologue of every sort (starting with socialist) because I respected power more than anything. Not because I believed that bullshit helped anybody. I knew it didn't. I knew it starved millions and I didn't care. Hell, I admired the efficiency of socialist genocide. I was ignorant as fuck, like all socialists, and I lied to myself, as all socialists do, but in the end I worshipped their armies and bureaucracies, not their slogans and promises. I was, in a word, one of the few honest socialists. As a socialist I admired fascists like Hitler and Mussolini for their pursuit of power. I imagine that many socialists do, they simply hate them openly out of the petty rivalry so common among socialists.
But then I was introduced to the libertarianism school-of-thought. By accident, really. This writer I admired, a former social democrat, kept calling himself a libertarian. He wasn't. Just a masquerade. But he did introduce me to their slogans. Which I found interesting. So I looked at the sites his site provided. A link to Rockwell's site. There, I was introduced to the cold analysis of everything. Libertarians are the greatest analysts out of all the ideologues. Little by little I was blown away by their truths.
And so I converted. But something never sat right with me. Their dissection of the state was always in condemnation. Even though they were the best analysts, they still allowed their beliefs to cloud their analysis. They couldn't see the genius in it all. The genius of government, in all its various forms. So now I'm a statist. Just as they took Marx's word "capitalist" and turned it into a positive, so too shall I turn the libertarian's word "statist" and turn it into a positive. I envision the purest form of government. The most efficient. The most effective.
Rice. Your beliefs are mired in ignorance, in no small part due to your OCD induced beliefs and way of thinking. Which is fine. But I encourage you to go here and learn as I did. The writers there are the smartest men you'll ever meet but there are a few whose words needed to be weighed more carefully. Lind. Fontova. Williams. North.
Lind was my introduction to the non-state world. Fontova opened my eyes to respecting thy enemy and seeing the genius in their actions. Williams taught me microeconomics/microsociology. North taught me macroeconomics/macrosociology. And many others, like Rothbard who taught me the scale of government intervention and how it's applied throughout history. Ah, but who taught me the rest? That I taught myself. Because in the end one must think for themselves. Come to their own conclusions.
I would love for there to be another like me. Who can see the world as it is, like I can. If for no other reason than there being another able to share my misery and despair. It's a form of liberation incomprehensible to others. To accept the truth destroys your very essence. To accept it with no philosophy or principles or ideology or religion clouding your judgement. To accept mankind as it is. I would accept this other person as a threat, of course. But in our isolation from all we shall know brotherhood like no other.
I think and feel as though my viewpoint (for lack of a better term) is the enviable synthesis of ideologies. I know it, in fact. It shall be the religion of the post-Homosapien, the proto-Deusapien. It shall be the common sense of the Deusapien. The Deusapien shall enslave and destroy the Homosapien, as the Homosapien enslaved and destroyed his competitors. It shall be the Deusapien who inherits the stars. Who transforms the galaxy and the universe to his liking. We are all at the mercy of history.
It has to do with technological advancement. People buy that shit so the company has more money to spend elsewhere. R&D, specifically. So they can create better products and services to sell on the market. They're improving their lives by 1% but that's not the end, so it's not important. The fact that they have money to spend on luxuries like that shows that they have too much money, anyway. They ought to give it to those who will spend on it on bettering society through technological progression.
Anyway, I downloaded and decrypted the file, it has people's Ipod/Iphone names (i.e. Abizz's Iphone) and what appears to be mac addresses (or further encoding).
Having this, by itself is not illegal as phone companies can give law enforcement practically everything without a warrant. The only thing they can't (or are not supposed to do) is listen to your conversations without a warrant or track you. Unfortunately the FBI has done both. Just FYI practically everything about you can, and will be, handed over to LE without a fucking warrant.
As far as Capitalism/Socialism goes, Capitalism is the best model when the right Government protections are in place (i.e. what people would call Socialism). The USA does not have these in place and instead has ass-backwards legislation which favors Large Companies and shits on smaller ones. Monopolies are not an attribute of Capitalism despite what the Rhino's in office say.
I find it hilarious that some of these inventions made to improve our lives actually have the opposite effect of making our lives more complicated (i.e. Cell Phones). It has been that way since Eli Whitney (making the cotton gin to help slaves when it actually increased their burden).
How the fuck did you get back here?
I said I was sorry and it won't happen again. Srsly though, I will be a model Citizen.
Its like privacy is becoming a luxury these days, instead of moving forward(along with the technology) , we go backwards , just like the cold war days
True, but nobody has to have a iphone or facebook.
