    I read somewhere that beer guts are unhealthier because the fat is stored behind the organs and not before them. That and (not huge) flabby bellies are somewhat prettier.

    There is something viscerally appealing to pushing weight.
    However, I recently stepped away from the body building for a skill and strength based approach using body weight.
    I came across this training regimen while looking a program that was better suited at fixing the athletic problems for the shit, lazy ass, fat fuck "soldiers" that have been pouring out of "basic training" (The army PRT program is for shit unless you are already pumping out high performance, i.e. 90-100 push-ups in 2 min, 95-110 sit-ups in 2 min and <14 min 2 mile run).

    This shit is the bulls balls! I've been fucking with it for 5 months now and have gained quite a bit of functional strength (Functional strenght: The ablity to overpower a mother fucker from what ever angle the ræpe puts you in!). I love it, it uses well desribed steps to build a nigga up to being a circus freak....
    One arm pull-ups: Yup
    One leg squats: Yup
    One arm push-ups: Yup
    Jason-Statham-workout-human-flag. : Yup
    One arm handstand push-ups: Yup!
