ED has changed a fair bit in subtle ways over time. For one thing most new articles are redundant, it appears that ED as a means of generating lulz over mere documenting it, is not so common now, but there are always wannabe celebrities on the internet, we just have to find them, and then ED craps all over them. It seems that ED is no longer just an encyclopedia but is now more of a news site, one with a very unique perspective on things and will always be an invaluable resource for learning the history of internet culture from the days of 4chan in 2003 to now, and hopefully in the future it will become something that will really make Girlvinyl wish she disowned. One thing is clear the revival is not just preserving ED as it was, but improving and expanding it, selling it out for profit (Ohinternet) is wrong, but i am not sure that there is no way to make money without compromising content, perhaps the unique creative content that some of the EDiots here produce if done with more serious effort could be tapped to provide content for a subsidiary site of ED that generates revenue, kind of like newgrounds, except it doesn't suck. All we have to do is look at what those mindless fucking idiots on the internet like and capitalize upon it.
