@HeyNonnyNonymous you need to get into law, I mean if this is your competition.
"Aaron Brockler disgraced this office and was fired on the spot for his dishonesty"
because he got caught, if he had gotten the guy the death penalty theyd've given him a promotion and then cockblocked the poor fucker till he fried. Every DA does shit like this, it's par for the course.
I would have fried him for being a fucking idiot who does this using a personal computer at the office where he works.
What's probably going to happen is a full investigation of every successful prosecution this jackass has pulled off, and you know he as has done this shit before. There's more lulz to come.
I did this in my Military Case - created a fake MySpace to get the two witnesses to admit to lying in court. The difference was I knew they lied. I did this in my State case as well.
4 months detained without charges. Eventual dismissal, the Military appeals court reverses, but thankfully nobody wanted to prosecute this anymore.
The State case I got 10 days Community Service and 2 years Supervision, eventual dismissal.
Prosecutors and Detectives do this a lot (make up facebook pages) they get a pat on the back if things go right, a slap on the wrist if they go wrong.
Me and you, the average Joe-Blow gets charges and jail time.
Everything was alright, until he used a computer at his office.
Both of the women admitted they were lying about the alibi, but I guess it doesn't matter.
How do I proxied?
Because they are trying to model private industry for everything and provide incentives for productivity that would work for ages 4-40 that yield dumbass ethics that also fit the same age range. Until police, prosecutors and judges start getting rewards for shitting out better people than they are taking in, instead of giving them banana stickers just for locking people up, there will be few positive changes to our system.
