http://www.dailydot.com/news/class-action-facebook-lawsuit-photo-ad/ I have said this time and time again, if you don't want your private information on the Internet, don't put it there. If you don't want Facebook using your private information, don't sign up for Facebook, or at the very least don't sue Facebook because you don't understand how it works. They have a very clear policy that states that they can use whatever information you choose to input into their site in whatever way they choose, unless you go into your settings and revoke permissions for them to do so. Those who complain about Facebook's privacy settings act like it is a government run program or something, it's not. Facebook is a private website and they can set up their site however they deem fit. They shouldn't have to bend over backwards because some people are too stupid to figure out how to use it. There are millions and millions of people of average intelligence who use Facebook without any problems. People like this should not be allowed on the Internet.
