As people can see at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Arbcom , Elen is a member of Wikipedia's Arbitration Committee. She is a member of the incoming mail team, and also the case management team. Before I begin here, I would like to point out the guidelines for when globally blocking & globally locking usernames is allowed: * "Threatening or driving away contributors or others (for instance: harrassment, legal threats)" * "posting private personal information about others which may endanger them" Elen has engaged in both of these things, yet she will not be globally blocked, because ArbCom doesn't play by the rules, and the Stewards of Wikimedia are chums with ArbCom. So these facts will be overlooked, and possibly the rules will be rewritten (and evidence of Elen's offenses be erased) to protect her from repercussions and keep ArbCom's reputation squeaky clean. It's for that reason that I took a screenshot. Feel free to take some of your own, you may need them in the days to come. Elen has (though certainly not in isolation) harassed me and helped to drive me away. This is because she blatently lied and called me a "self-confessed paedophile" when I've never claimed such a thing. She went beyond this though, and lied about me engaging in illegal activity. by saying "he has admitted to regularly viewing child porn". I challenge her to provide evidence of any such statement made by me. I've asked, and I haven't found it, and I don't think it exists, because that's not something I look at. This second lie goes past harassment, it is a legal threat to me, because she's accusing me of a crime. Lies of this nature inspire great hatred in others, and that puts my life at risk, because people may think she's telling the truth and attempt to do me harm. The third issue is that by linking to Wikisposure, which, when it was up, had personal information up which could endanger me, she broke the second rule. This is the nature of person and their conduct that exists as an example of how Wikipedia's ArbCom acts. Someone who should be globally blocked for their harassment of a user, but instead is elevated to a high position of power over other editors and the ability to make secret decisions about them.
