I am writing to express my dismay and concern over Encyclopedia Dramatica's inerudite invectives. The nub of what I intend to say here is that my long-term goal is to provide an antidote to contemporary manifestations of prudish sensationalism. Unfortunately, much remains to be done. As you may have noticed, all the deals Encyclopedia Dramatica makes are strictly one-way. Encyclopedia Dramatica gets all the rights, and the other party gets all the obligations. If I hear Encyclopedia Dramatica's advocates say, "Encyclopedia Dramatica can succeed without trying" one more time, I'm doubtlessly going to throw up. Encyclopedia Dramatica's faculty for deception is so far above anyone else's, it really must be considered different in kind as well as in degree. Encyclopedia Dramatica has long wanted to prevent anyone from stating publicly that as incredible and bizarre as it sounds, humanity is unequivocally the victim of a diabolical conspiracy masterminded by Encyclopedia Dramatica to crush the will of all individuals who have expressed political and intellectual opposition to its precepts. Why do I bring that up? Because by studying its repression of ideas in its extreme, unambiguous form one may more clearly understand why Encyclopedia Dramatica expects us to behave like passive sheep. The only choice it believes we should be allowed to make for ourselves is whether to head towards its slaughterhouse at a trot or at a gallop. Encyclopedia Dramatica indubitably doesn't want us choosing to build a society in which people have a sense of permanence and stability, not chaos and uncertainty. A good friend of mine once said that we should all ensure that the values for which we have labored and for which many of us have fought and sacrificed will continue in ascendancy. Amen to that! In fact, I even informed my friend that the irony is that Encyclopedia Dramatica's most untrustworthy manuscripts are also its most mindless. As the French say, "Les extremes se touchent." The sole point of agreement between myself and presumptuous pissants is that Encyclopedia Dramatica is frightened that we might create a world in which Trotskyism, classism, and favoritism are all but forgotten. That's why it's trying so hard to prevent whistleblowers from reporting that it says that we should cast our lots with deceitful, brutish proponents of exclusionism. Hey, Encyclopedia Dramatica, how about telling us the truth for once? As a parting thought, let these sterling words of wisdom be most thoroughly and attentively perused: Unyielding rigidity is just as much a threat to the continuity of things as shallow parasitism.
