That was a great fight by heavyweight division standards. Wish more fights were like this; Klitschko is one of the last good heavyweights that make the division worth watching in an age where the lighter weights dominate the boxing scene.

    Speaking of which, thoughts?

He might be thinking about it, now. :/ But i think he'll be back and in better condition. Joshua was in excellent shape, his statistics speak for themselves.. except for that fight with Nistor.
Looking good, both of these guys are incredibly talented.. i think it will be tied for many of rounds to come.. but if i should make a bet, i'd be more inclined to bet on Álvarez, he's a little less technical, but he seems to be a bit more.. on the edge, lately. They also seem to have a real hater-boner for each other. This is going to be great.

I'm at crossroads here. I want Canelo to win but I can't stand the fact that if he DOES beat Triple G Mayweather gets the last laugh.

The only advantage Canelo has is that he is used to fighting old fighters.
31 (Chavez Jr had to lose a lot of weight, and he is shit anyway)
28 (Liam Smith is British, so he was extremely overrated. Never fought anyone good)
31 (Khan was winning every round, until he got knocked out. This is comparable to GGG fighting Brook. Except Brook having never been knocked out. And a better fighter. And GGG winning some rounds, and losing some, before a stoppage)
35 (Barely scraped by Cotto. Despite what idiotic judges saw, many agree it was a narrow victory for the ginger)
31 (Kirkland had previously been TKO'ed by Ishida, whom GGG knocked out.) Kirkland was unranked, but maybe a top 10.
32 (Lara landed more punches than Alvarez)
32 (Angulo was an aging bum, who fought after nearly a year of inactivity)
    36 (Mayweather clearly beat Canelo)

No. Undefeated. Big difference. He arguably lost to De La Hoya.

First: that was like 10 years ago. I dunno what that has to do with my statement about Maymay being unbeatable right now

    Second: lol

    well.

They don't even compete in the same weight division, May has fought from super featherweight to light middleweight, GGG has always been above that...we are talking about 6 cm and 10-12 kgs of difference...are you being dense on purpose?

You never said anything about them being near the same weight class.

Even sooner, then...first news told September, but the sooner the better

I love how Floyd is firing up the PR pot

"Does he have a good chance of upsetting Floyd Mayweather (me) ? I can't say, but anything can happen in the sport of boxing or contact sports period. And I've been off for a couple of years and I'm 40 years old now. He's still in his 20s, I'm in my 40s now"

with Floyds age i suppose its always a possibility that Mcgregor could manage a win

but saying that, Floyd is arguably the best boxer in history, definitely in the top 5 of all time.

It's pretty common knowledge that literally everyone even including Dana White is telling Mcgregor he is about to get destroyed

Mc is gonna be worn the fuck out by the 5th and Floyd is gonna work points... I'd be willing to put $$$ down on a disqualification when mc gets so frustrated that he lifts his leg to kick.

Also, if you honestly think Floyd is in the top 25 greatest of all time you need to play in traffic
