St Paul's Cathedral was vandalised during our Britfag version of Occupy Wall Street. They want to treat it as a "hate crime" lololololol. Gee, I wonder who could've been responsible for this.
I never understood why left-wingers were/are so against religion. Especially since their beliefs were/are akin/tantamount to religion.
Even if is not a Catholic, I still feel bad for it, cathedrals are place sacred places, why somebody will ruin it?
Agreed. You have to be the biggest piece of shit in the world to vandalize a church. Fucking Horrible thing to do. I hope god saw them doing that, because their escalator just went down. HE'S WATCHING YOU!
Because some people are "still manning those barricades." If you want a better understanding, listen to Zombie by the Cranberries. Just replace war with revolution. For them it's always 1789/1917/1936/1968.
I used to be like that, actually. Never content. It's sort of like living in hell and never being true to yourself. I pity them, when I don't hate them. And I only hate them when they hold views unfavourable to my tribe. Let me tell you a secret about left-wingers, Khana. They don't care about helping people or changing the world for the better. All the care about is power and stroking their own egos. (Control over people with the former and being remembered favourably after they're dead with the latter.) You'll never meet a more wretched group of people.
That is so uncool, so who are the good persons? the right-wingers? nobody? I think the last one, politics suck.
Right-wingers are... misguided. I think, ultimately, it's those who just want to be left alone and want to leave everyone else alone. Anybody who uses the government for any purpose should be viewed with suspicion. Governments are malignant creations, rarely capable of benevolent things. And the cause of most of the world's problems. I wouldn't trust the government even if the people leading it believed everything I believed. Governments, or rather the idea of using government, corrupts people. It makes them view people as resources. It makes friends and family turn on each other in pursuit of this power. I would go as far as to extend this to all prolonged institutions. Never trust any organization that isn't ad hoc. But I don't need to tell you, do I? Nicaragua has a history of the pursuit of power corrupting people. It's like this. You know how they say power corrupts? Well the government is the ultimate expression of power. That's the best way I can describe it. And democracy isn't any better. All democracy does is corrupt the people.
