Recently a new anime called Aku No Hana has hit the air waves in japan. The reaction from the fans has been a lot of bawing and drama because it's so fucking ugly to the point it can't even be considered to be called anime. Why am I bringing this up? It just seems to me to be lazy in terms of character design, it doesn't even look good. Some people are saying however the landscapes are, but it brings to light of what Japan is really like underneath all that sparkly kawaii-desu weeb-shit. AHHHHHHH! BURN IT WITH FIRE!! Oh wait, there's more. Is this a dude or a girl? Maybe that one's shopped... As said from both the show's creator and the original artist: Apparently it's better to make a bad impression than none at all and that's why they went with it. It sounds like they're making excuses for someone's fuck up really, who knows the truth as to what really happened. That being said I never seen the manga, and given how the anime looks I don't want to now. I'm sure people noticed that, sure, maybe some of the characters have no detail inside their mouths, or no skin tones between their bangs, maybe they do have the same kinda empty grin stare that gives one the chills and the characters look lazy while everything else looks great. Atleast it made an impact! I mean that means something, I'm writing about it aren't I? That's akin to saying "Well I might not be famous, but at least I have an ED article on me and that means I made an impact!" Yikes.
